"I am writing on behalf of the trust with regards to the service we have been receiving from SCA since we have had a contract with the company.
We have had an excellent working relationship with your Nurse Advisors and Account Mangers over the years and really value their support.
We have worked closely with your Nurses Advisers to educate nurses in our nursing and residential homes, and also day to day training of all assessing staff. This has helped to improve correct product selection and fitting, which in turn has helped to reduce costs.
The service provided has been excellent, and I hope this will continue.
