"Overall we find all TENA staff to be helpful and polite. We are particularly impressed by our Account Manager and our named contact in the Customer Services Department as they are always contactable, helpful and knowledgeable. Over the last few years TENA has introduced TENA Net, a web based data system, and we have found this to be an exciting, developing system with some excellent aspects eg. sample ordering, product information, latest news and information, message board. Management reports are clear and concise and we have regular meetings with our Account Manager to discuss these. TENA have a wide range of continence products to suit patients’ needs and have an ongoing product development programme. They offer a full education programme for both nurses and carers".
