TENA Services – better care at a lower total cost

This work was carried out in a community setting in six Danish municipalities looking at the effects of individualised care and the introduction of modern products on patients in their own homes and in care homes. It demonstrated that using TENA Services and TENA Flex and TENA Pants had several benefits for those concerned.
The key findings of the study were:
• 34% decrease in the number of leakages
• 7.6% decrease in the number of pad changes
• 13% decrease in the total cost of incontinence management.
