These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility
This Coupon offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over only, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
Claim Instructions
1. Free product samples are available whilst stocks last, with a minimum of 300,000 sample packs available across all ranges combined from 1st January 2021 until 23:59 31st December 2021 across the TENA Women and Men ranges (see clause 11 for range availability).
2. Once all samples are claimed from a particular range, they will no longer be available online.
3. Only one sample pack, per range, per person within a 12-month period, inclusive of claims submitted via the TENA website or a Facebook form. Provided information used to verify claims.
4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering you understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Facebook page and not to Facebook.
5. No purchase is necessary; however Internet connection is required to claim.
6. To apply for a sample, participants must:
a. Go to https://www.tena.co.uk/women/products/free-sample
b. Select a sample pack from the listed ranges available (see clause 11 for current available samples),
c. Enter their full name, email address and full postal address details and,
d. Confirm they are over 16 years of age and accept these Terms & Conditions.
e. Or, complete the above details on the Facebook claim form
7. If a request is submitted without the correct details, or if the participant submitting the claim has already claimed a sample pack for the chosen product range (see clause 3), the request will be deemed invalid and will not be fulfilled.
8. Bulk requests made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete, multiple or illegible requests and those which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple postal or email address, or using identities other than their own, or any other automated or manual means, that person’s requests will be disqualified and any sample request will be void.
9. For each valid request, participants will receive at least 1 product sample from the selected range.
10. Money-off coupon Terms and Conditions can be found inside the sample packs. The coupon will clearly state how to use, redeemable products and the expiry date.
11. Current samples available for claim include;
a. TENA Discreet Pads Sample Pack including a sample of TENA Discreet Mini, TENA Discreet Mini Plus and TENA Discreet Normal.
b. TENA Silhouette Noir Pads & Liners Sample Pack including a sample of TENA Silhouette Noir Liner and TENA Silhouette Noir Pad.
c. TENA Silhouette Noir Underwear Sample Pack including a sample of TENA Silhouette Normal Low Waist Noir in sizes Medium and Large.
d. TENA Silhouette Crème Underwear Sample Pack including a sample of TENA Silhouette Plus High Waist Creme in sizes Medium and Large.
12. Other TENA Women and Men ranges may become available over time. Sample availability is at the Promoter’s discretion.
13. Participants must allow 28 days from submitting their valid request for delivery of their product sample.
14. If a participant does not receive their sample 28 days after submitting or have any other queries, they will need to contact the Promoter at https://www.tena.co.uk/contact-us.
15. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of the request for their sample pack to be processed. The Promoter, nor its fulfilment agent, can be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment.

11. Other TENA Women product coupons may become available over time. Coupon availability is at the Promoters discretion.
12. The product coupon will be worth up to the value of the product selected, and can only be used as full payment for the TENA product selected. Full coupon T&Cs including participating retailers, coupon value, redeemable products and expiry date can be found on the printed coupon itself.
13. Coupons will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class post. Participants must allow 28 days from submitting valid request for delivery of their coupon.
14. If participants do not receive their coupon 28 days after submitting or have any queries, please visit this page https://www.tena.co.uk/contact-us.
15. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of the request for their coupon to be processed. The Promoter, The Administrator, nor its fulfilment agent can be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment.
16. The claimed coupon cannot be used online. Only 1 coupon can be used per transaction.
17. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or other coupon. No change given.
Data Protection
18. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation. Participants have the opportunity to request to receive future electronic communications from the promoter about its products and services. By ticking the ‘opt in’ box and giving consent, participant acknowledges, confirms and agrees that personal data may be used for direct marketing with regard to Essity products and services (including by mail and email). If consent is provided to receive such communications, the participant may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided on each of the marketing communications. The Promoter will not disclose participant details to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion) without the individual’s prior consent. 19. If not opted into marketing materials, participant data will only be held for the purposes of the fulfilment of the claim request, and ensuring the request is not a duplicate against clause 2. Data will be help for 12 months and will be destroyed after this time.
General
20. The Promoter may refuse to award a coupon, in the event of fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
21. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Any claims that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions,
b. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption, or,
c. Claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
d. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
22. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
23. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by participants as a result of registering for the offer or of accepting any coupon. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to participants or any other person relating to the coupon except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
25. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding in all promotional matters.
26. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
27. This Promotional Offer is governed by English and Welsh Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in Ireland or in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
