TENA sustainability focus throughout the value chain

TENA sustainability focus throughout the value chain

1. Sourcing
Our value chain starts with sourcing, selecting suppliers who are environmentally and socially responsible.
2. Production
We strive to make our processes as sustainable as possible. Our factory in Olawa, Poland, for example, uses 100% green electricity.
3. Design
‘Smart design’ has led us to innovate products which reduce our environmental impact while improving the well-being of our customers.
4. Transport
Lighter, slimmer products reduce waste and volume in the freight process, an area where we are constantly improving our performance.
5. Use
Sustainability is also about the correct product usage – 81% of care home staff say that residents’ overall well-being has been improved by using TENA Solutions.
6. After usage
We work actively to reduce waste by advising on the effective use of our product. TENA Solutions, for example, leads to 31% less waste on average.
