The Masterclass Learning Event series runs throughout 2025 and includes a carefully developed programme covering core topics in continence care and resident wellbeing. Each session is led by experienced clinical educators and is designed specifically for those working in the care home sector.

All sessions are delivered online, making it easy for professional caregivers and teams to join remotely from anywhere.

Following registration, you will receive an email with all of the information you need to attend the webinar. This will include the link to access the livestream on the day. You can add this to your calendar, but don't worry you'll get a reminder a few days before the event too! You will need a WiFi connection and the link will open up the session in your web browser. Note: Your colleagues can also watch the event with you on your laptop or computer, if they do not have an email address to register for the event.

Certificate of attendance
Immediately after the event, your certificate of attendance will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the event. And a few days later, you will also receive an email with the event learning summary and other educational information to continue your learning journey. Note: if your colleague watched the webinar on your laptop, we can also organise a certificate for your colleague, just let us know.
