Our ratings and reviews guidelines.

We want to know what you think of our products. At TENA we publish reviews to give you as customer relevant and independent information from consumers using our products in everyday life.
 
We clearly indicate which reviews are posted by a consumer that has purchased the product from our web shop (verified buyer) or which reviews are posted by customers that ordered a free sample. Reviews that we could not verify will not have any badge. We do not pay for product reviews. Our ambition is to gather reviews that are authentic and therefore both positive and negative reviews are shown. The ratings shown next to the product are an average of all the reviews we have received for that particular product.
 
With the help of a third party, BazaarVoice all reviews are moderated so that they are relevant and follow our guidelines. A review which is not relevant, will not be published.
 
When writing a review, please consider the following guidelines:

  • Focus on the product and your individual experience using it
  • Provide insightful, helpful details about why you like or dislike the product and avoid vacuous statements
Your review may be excluded if it violates review guidelines or contains any of the following types of content:

  • Irrelevant opinions that are not linked to our products.
  • If content contains an actionable request about an order and the customer included contact information in their review.

We use certified renewable electricity in the factories producing TENA in Europe.

TENA is committed to reduce the carbon footprint for products or services by 2030. One step to achieve this is by switching to electricity from renewable sources such as e.g. water, wind or solar, in our factories. The electricity in our factories is purchased externally and is certified with guarantees of origin. These certificates are not created by us, but are issued by external institutes like the European Electricity Certification System (EECS) to secure credibility. By doing so we support the development of renewable electricity on all markets.

The packaging is technically recyclable, according to RecyClass design-for-recycling criteria, for various purposes. Actual recycling depends on several factors, e.g. the local availability of a recycling system.
