These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 2. No purchase is necessary to receive these coupons; however internet access is required and an active Facebook or Instagram account or search browser to visit the claim website. Claiming a coupon:
3. All coupons are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
4. Coupons are available from 00:00 22.03.23 to 23:59 31.12.23, or when the volumes of each coupon type listed below (400,000 total coupons) have been claimed, whichever comes sooner.
5. To apply for a coupon leaflet, click on the promotional Social Media Facebook or Instagram posts or visit https://www.tena.co.uk/coupons-samples, enter your full name, email address and full postal address details into the form and click submit. There are multiple promotional ads, but only one coupon promotion. The Promoter maintains the right to close or change the status of the coupon promotion, should circumstances beyond its control occur.
6. Any significant situation regarding stock or despatch details, if relevant, will be displayed on the site before the user is required to submit their details. All promotional ads will stop running if coupon leaflets have all been claimed.
7. Maximum one request per household per coupon type.
8. For each valid request, claimants will receive a coupon leaflet containing 1 x coupon for the relevant value and product type applied for, this will be delivered to the postal address submitted when completing the coupon request form.
9. Please allow 10 working days from submitting your request for delivery of your coupon.

Using the coupon:
13. Coupons expire 31.01.24. See individual coupon for full T&Cs for usage. Coupons are only redeemable in selected leading retailers in the UK.
14. Coupons can be used only be used as part payment or full payment for the product(s) stipulated on the coupon, when the remaining balance is paid by the customer.
15. Only one original coupon per transaction.
16. Coupons are not redeemable for cash or transferable and their resale or auction is prohibited. Replacement coupons cannot be issued. Any unused coupons will be null and void upon the coupon expiry date – 31.01.24.
17. Coupons cannot be used online.
18. Coupon must be presented at time of purchase, can only be used once and must be surrendered upon use.
19. Coupons cannot be used on any product apart from those stated in these terms and conditions printed on the coupon.
20. Photocopies, reprints, damaged, expired, altered or defaced coupons will not be accepted.
21. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or other coupon.
22. No change given.
23. All coupon requests must be made directly by the person requesting the offer. Coupons cannot be transferred to another person.

General:
25. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, using multiple identities, using multiple email addresses, using a computer(s) to circumvent entry requirements by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using or any other automated means, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive. Bulk, trade, syndicates, consumer groups, agencies or third party or automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible responses will be disqualified and will not be counted.
26. The Promoter may refuse to award a coupon leaflet, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
27. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
i. Any submissions that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions.
ii. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption.
iii. Entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
iv. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
28. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you, or any third party, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
29. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by any person as a result of participating in this promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the coupon.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
31. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
32. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
34. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to the aforementioned. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to complete liability release for Facebook and Instagram.
Data Protection:
35. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be used solely in the administration of the coupon request. Personal data will be retained as long as necessary to provide participants with the coupon(s) requested and for a maximum of three months from promotion end date unless providing an active opt in. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to dataprivacy@essity.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. The Promoter:

1. The promoter (Essity UK Ltd) has pledged to donate a maximum of £75,000 to the registered charity Prostate Cancer UK.
2. The Charity Partnership will be communicated on related promotional material in UK stockists, online and instore and 10p will be donated per participating TENA MEN pack to Prostate Cancer UK for every pack sold during the promotional period of 01.03.23 until 30.04.23, to a maximum of 750,000 TENA MEN packs.
3. Promotion in market from 01.03.23 until 30.04.23. If not all 750,000 packs of participating TENA MEN products are sold by 31.03.23, the Promoter will donate the difference between the 10p donations from the number of packs sold and £75,000 to make a total donation of £75,000.
4. Prostate Cancer UK helps fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men and invests into finding better treatments and tests that can spot fast growing cancer early.
