TENA Men Dry January Competition
Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Promoter: Essity UK Limited, Southfields Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 3EJ (The Promoter).
This Promotion is administered by Tangerine Partnership Limited, Giants Basin, Potato Wharf, Manchester M3 4NB (The Administrator).
2. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over at the time of entry, excluding employees of Essity Ltd., and their immediate families, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entry from the promotion.
3. No purchase necessary. Internet access required and entrants must have an active Instagram account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.
4. Entries will be subject to Instagram’s terms of use as relevant, which are available online at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870.
5. Promotional Period runs from 11:00 23rd January 2026 and ends 23:59 25th January 2026. Any entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
TO ENTER PRIZE DRAW:
6. Entrants must: Like promotional post on the Essity UK Instagram account using their Instagram account and tag one account in the comments.
7. One entry per person will be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, a participant can use one public Instagram account to enter and can enter the prize promotion on Instagram only. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to creating multiple Instagram accounts will be disqualified from this promotion. The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Instagram account used. Proof of ownership of the social media account and proof of age may be required. Any entries received from private accounts on Instagram will not be entered due to privacy restrictions. To enter from a private account, participants must amend their settings to a public account in order for their entry to be accepted. Participants must continue to keep their social media account on public setting for 8 weeks after the end of the Promotional Period in order to be contacted if they are selected as a winner.
8. The Promoter monitors responses to this promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Instagram community or which contain anything which is likely to or could cause offence or distress will be disqualified from the promotion. Obscene entries will not be accepted. Entrants are solely responsible for the information they provide and views they express on their Instagram account.
9. The Promoter and their agents reserve the right to reject any entries which contravene these terms and conditions. Entries will be deemed invalid if:
- Containing defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
- In the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, causes any widespread or serious offence (taking into account prevailing community views or standards);
- Containing any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
- Defaming, misrepresenting, or containing content for the intended purpose of harassing, threatening or embarrassing individuals or multiple individuals or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
- Promoting any political, blasphemous or religious agenda or any content deemed to incite religious or racial hatred;
- Containing content deemed socially irresponsible or likely to breach the CAP Code;
- Containing any form of inaccurate tagging;
10. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries, which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
11. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
12. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
13. There is one prize available to be won, the winner will receive 2 tickets (winner and guest, 18+) to the TENA Men Dry January event on 29th January at The Social, and 2 tickets (winner and guest, 18+) to the Happy Mondays tour at a venue of their choice pending availability. Venue and date options:

14. Prize tickets will be delivered to the winner via email to the email address provided on prize claim after valid prize claim and no later than 12 hours before the TENA Men Dry January event and 28 days/hours before the chosen Happy Mondays tour event.
15. The winner will be chosen at random via an independently verified, randomised computer process from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period on 26th January 2026.
16. The winner will be notified of their win via a private message via Instagram to the account they used to enter within one working day of the prize draw and asked to respond via direct message with your full name, email, and acceptance of their prize for verification and claim details. Proof of ID confirming full name and age (passport, driving licence or equivalent) will be required as part of the verification process. The winner must provide the requested details within 48 hours of initial notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not confirm acceptance of their prize or does not provide all the requested details within 48 hours of initial notification, despite
multiple contact attempts, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize Any unclaimed prizes shall be deemed null and void. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
The winner will have 14 days from valid prize claim to choose the Happy Mondays tour date they wish to attend. Please see clause 13 for venues and dates. Happy Mondays’ tour dates and venues are subject to availability. If tickets are not available to the winner’s first choice, the Promoter will request their next choice and will make reasonable effort to accommodate.
17. For the surname and county of the winner, send an email to tena@tangerinecomms.com with “TENA Men Dry January” to arrive within 3 months of the close of the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. Participants may request their surname and county is not published, or request that disclosure be limited in scope, in the event they win by emailing tena@tangerinecomms.com before the closing date. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the winners to the Advertising Standards Authority should this be requested.
18. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of acceptance in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter, The Administrator, and its fulfilment agent cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
20. The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize, or part of that prize, for a prize of equal or higher value.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions or invalidate any affected entries.
22. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.20. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Essity Ltd. not to Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to a complete liability release for Instagram.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claiming a coupon:
3. All coupons are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
4. Coupons are available from 00:00 01.01.24 to 23:59 30.09.24, or when the volumes of each coupon type listed below (375,000 total coupons) have been claimed, whichever comes sooner.
5. To apply for a coupon leaflet, click on the promotional Social Media Facebook or Instagram posts or visit https://www.tena.co.uk/coupons-samples, enter your full name, email address and full postal address details into the form and click submit. There are multiple promotional ads, but only one coupon promotion. The Promoter maintains the right to close or change the status of the coupon promotion, should circumstances beyond its control occur.
6. Any significant situation regarding stock or despatch details, if relevant, will be displayed on the site before the user is required to submit their details. All promotional ads will stop running if coupon leaflets have all been claimed.
7. Maximum one request per household per coupon type.
8. For each valid request, claimants will receive a coupon leaflet containing 1 x coupon for the relevant value and product type applied for, this will be delivered to the postal address submitted when completing the coupon request form.
9. Please allow 10 working days from submitting your request for delivery of your coupon.

Using the coupon:
13. Coupons sexpire 30.09.24 See individual coupon for full T&Cs for usage. Coupons are only redeemable in selected leading retailers in the UK.
14. Coupons can be used only be used as part payment or full payment for the product(s) stipulated on the coupon, when the remaining balance is paid by the customer.
15. Only one original coupon per transaction.

General:
25. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, using multiple identities, using multiple email addresses, using a computer(s) to circumvent entry requirements by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using or any other automated means, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive. Bulk, trade, syndicates, consumer groups, agencies or third party or automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible responses will be disqualified and will not be counted.
26. The Promoter may refuse to award a coupon leaflet, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
27. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
i. Any submissions that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions.
ii. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption.

In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you, or any third party, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
29. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by any person as a result of participating in this promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the coupon.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
31. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
32. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to the aforementioned. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to complete liability release for Facebook and Instagram.

35. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be used solely in the administration of the coupon request. Personal data will be retained as long as necessary to provide participants with the coupon(s) requested and for a maximum of three months from promotion end date unless providing an active opt in. 11. The applicant will be required to respond to a Newspaper Campaign. Additional information including full name, mobile phone number and email address will then be required to receive a unique URL sent via SMS.
12. The applicant must then purchase x1 pack of TENA MEN pants or Protectors in-store during the promotional period to redeem the offer.
13. The applicant must then open the unique URL sent via SMS. Click “‘Get CashbackNow”, which will then show a unique ZPT code.
14. To make a claim the applicant is required to submit a photo of the till receipt with unique ZPT code clearly handwritten on to the receipt via the CashbackNow system.
15. The applicant is also required to confirm personal payment details to receive the cashback payment up to a maximum of £4.50. For UK bank account transfer only - full name, sort code and account number.
16. The cashback request must be submitted within the expiry time frame of 10 days from receiving the SMS and by 24th May 2024. Maximum of 40,000 cashback redemptions available.
17. Payments will be managed the Promoter and Data Controller’s partner, Zappit [t/a Geo Offers Ltd] and will be made within 24 hours of receipt of valid details and the completion of any verification process, except on weekends and bank holidays, when they will be processed the next working day
18. Only valid till receipts, clearly comprising of the following will be accepted;
1. Your unique ZPT code clearly handwritten on to the receipt
2. Participating product, x1 pack of TENA MEN pants or Protectors and associated price
3. Date of transaction during the promotional period and prior to date of cashback request
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts which do not include the above and/or:
1. Are out of focus/blurry
2. Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period
3. Are not unique to the applicant.
20. If the conditions are met, you can receive cashback for the item priced as reflected on the receipt of up to a maximum of £4.50 for x1 participating pack of MEN pants or protectors. If the product is bought and the purchase price paid falls below £4.50, the cashback amount will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid. If the purchase price paid is greater than £4.50, the cashback amount will remain at £4.50.
21. The cashback payment cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted.
22. Each ZPT code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once will result in disqualification of cashback request and all such requests will be declared void.
23. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected cashback requests will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for cashback requests delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for applicants failing to supply accurate information which affects their cashback request.
24. Cashback requests (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an applicant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s cashback requests will be disqualified.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all requests submitted and not to attribute the cashback refund in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, without the applicant being able to assert any right against the Promoter. In the event of an unsuccessful cashback request, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number provided with the reason for rejection
26. Only one redemption per person is allowed across the promotional period. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.
27. The submission of a till receipt via photo upload is a pre-requisite of the cashback verification process as proof of purchase. This data will be held on file by Geo Offers Ltd and be made available to the Promoter as required for redemption validation and anonymised data analysis but will not be used for personalised marketing purposes.
28. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.
29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
30. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of your local courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
32. For the rest, the privacy policy and “cookies” policy of the Promoter and Data Controller remains fully applicable: Essity Privacy Policy.
